A substitute teacher is accused of giving three elementary school students cannabis gummies. A lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court in February 2025 alleges that Felicia Boyd, 59, gave three brothers the THC-infused candy to ‘celebrate’ a birthday during an after-school program in April 2025.
